From The ‘DIY’ Series – the therapeutic mechanism of interests/passion
systemic constellations online psychobiology recall healing

Passions and interests that require us to be active help to maintain balance in the mind and emotions. And then the body is healthier.

The mechanism is the same. When the mind engages in activity, thoughts calm down, and in consequence emotions. Interestingly, during this process, where we engage 100% and are in relaxation, we notice how the mind works, we begin to notice our thoughts. As in meditation. You can then see how much of it there is, how unimportant it is, and that you can choose not to give it a meaning.

We give a meaning to thoughts when we judge them, then emotions arise. The mind’s job is to produce thoughts, that’s how it’s designed. These thoughts come from our beliefs. But it is up to us to decide whether we will give them a meaning, and as a result we will experience them by creating our own reality.

What’s more, beliefs can be changed, then our thoughts and, as a result, emotions will change.

In a nutshell, the more negative beliefs, the more negative thoughts and the more negative emotions, and as a result, the lower quality of life. The more positive beliefs, the more positive thoughts and feelings, and as a result, the higher quality of life.

What I noticed is that when I turn on music or something on YT during my art therapy, the therapy effect loses about 80%, so I don’t recommend it.

If you like doing something, it’s worth doing it 100% without ‘boosters’.

After the effect of a work, you can see what ‘is inside us’, but that’s a topic for a separate post.

Would you please give a sign about your passions and interests? 😊

In the picture me and the stool still in process 😊
