Everything is a part of a system. We live in various systems daily, such as: family, nation, law, global agreements, biological system, we work in corporation system and so on. Similarly, we find that animals, plants, planets, galaxies and even universes have their systems as well. All is connected and co-exist.
The systems have principles, rules and laws. A system seems to guarantee survival and protection against chaos. On an emotional level, a system provides an illusion of belonging and protection against suffering. People easily decide to accept and obey laws and rules set up by people. At the same time we decide to ignore principles and rules set up by nature, the universe, the field. We either do not know or we assume that they do not exist because we do not see them. An illusion of separation from others in the system maintained by our egotic mind is doing its best to reasure us that we will survive. In effect we experience difficult relations with self, others, diseases, lack of money, doing a job we do not like or lack of life perspective and the sense of purpose. On a global level we experience armaments race, wars, planet destruction and exploitation, mass manipulations, financial scams, push on ‘only true’ i.e. luxiourious style of living and so on.
Systemic constellations help to see those rules, understand them and feel. They insight systems we live in and help us to understand our role in those systems. Systemic constellations help to arrange with peace and harmony what surrounds us.

This is a basis of relations with others and a gate to a more present and conscious life. While working with constellations I use two methods, i.e., ‘silent constellations’ or I use figurines. I meet personally or on-line. It really does not matter where you are, all is connected anyways.
A meeting may last from 1h-2hrs.
Before a meeting I kindly ask you to focus on as to why you are coming to a meeting or simply think of a question you want to ask. The least I know upfront the better. I may ask further questions during a constellation.
In each case, I give full attention, I am honest and direct. I do not judge you, people and situations involved. I make sure you understand what you see and feel. I might support you in planning next steps should you feel like.
